2003 Subaru Forester Repair Question

After driving my subaru forester turbo for like 50min,i realise that its returning water to the coolant container '

After driving for some time i realise that the car is returning water to the coolant container.the container gets full and one can see it boiling,after cooling the water goes back to the normal level.this car does not overheat because the temp gauge does not go above the normal place.i have changed the radiotor cap but still the problem remains.whats the issue

Is the radiator cap of the correct specs?
Are the cooling fans working correctly?
Do you need to replenish the coolant level?

the cap is correct ,the fans are working well,i do replenish the coolant but very little

Check for a stuck thermostat that is most probably not opening fully.
