Saturn L300 Engine Problem
Engine revs far past 5k under heavy load and will not shift until slight letoff on gas pedal no codes new maf sensor, new transmission, had fuel tested and is good no misfires good fuel pressure and volume what have i missed?

I would do a back pressure test sounds like a plugged cat let me know what you find.

both cats have less than 1 psi back pressure 5k rpm

So the test was done at both exhaust manifolds attached to the heads?
