Bad catalytic converter

MY DAUGHTER HAS A 2003 SATURN ION 3. AUTOZONE PULLED TWO CODES, ONE A MISFIRE. I DID A TUNE-UP FOR THAT. AND A CATALyTIC CONVERTER CODE. I THINK IT WAS A P02 something
I have no rattling or loss of power. I do have some minor idle problems and the check engine light. Could this be a bad 02 sensor. Midas wants $125 just to let me know what the issue is.

Could be an oxygen sensor problem-have it scanned again for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.
