2003 SAAB 9-3 Repair Question

SAAB 9-3 Battery Problem
My 2003 saab 9-3 just wouldnt start after stoping at a store yesterday battery is 100% charged. It will start with a jump otherwise just a clicking noise. Now reads a gear box malfunction message help
