Pontiac Grand Prix Fuel pressure Problem
I have an 03 pontiac grand prix the 3.8L it will crank and idle fine but when i dive it it hits 2000rpm and boggs down what could be the problem?? thanks

scan for codes check fuel pressure, check vacuum at intake at idle if 15" or belwo suspect clogged converter.

How long since over-all tune-up? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Any applicable trouble codes. Some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free. If you want to check codes, yourself, you need an obd2 code reader. Your local autostore should have these?
Just a thought, it isn't a tranny issue?? If you keep your foot out of it, does it drive ok?
