problem that my car engine suddenly stops

I was told that i need to use a carburetor cleaner for EFI if i want to clean my carb, is there really a carb cleaner intended for EFI model car? my car is a 2003 Nissan Sentra recently, i am experiencing problems.

even though my rpm is around 850 rpm.
