Can you tell me what the tourque specs are for the valve cover bolts on my 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer ES are?

I am changing my valve cover gasket and want to make sure I don't under or over tighten the bolt when I put the valve cover back on.

So the big Ft. Pound tourque wrench that I have will not work for this. I need to buy an inch pound tourque wrench right?

Yup! Inch lb torque wrench, for me I'll apply 2 1/2ft lbs on it-
