2003 Mercury Mountaineer Power Truck Will Start Checked Starter Alternator

I have all power but truck will not start. We checked the starter, alternator, starter cylonid, bought a new battery and put it on a tester. It will not turn over or click or nothing. The meter wont read any codes. What else could be the problem?
