2003 Mazda Tribute Cranking Car This Morning Runs Very Low Speed Tut Tut

Cranking the car this morning , it runs at a very low speed (tut tut tut). Putting into gear it takes off slow like would be in 3 rd gear. Inclines almost bring it to a stop. It is already running low before I put into gear.
