The air pump for air bags shocks on my 2003 navigator will not come on

Make sure the compressor/pump is receiving power.

Yes, there are a couple of things to look for. One would definitely be checking for power. If there is none, check the fuse that supplies the power to the suspension system. You could have a fuse that randomly blew, and replacing the fuse would be a quick and easy fix.
If you do have a good fuse, and you checked at the compressor for power and there is power there also, you have a bad compressor. Replacement is simple, just a little time consuming.
If you don't want to make the repair yourself, you could find a reputable repair shop in your area that knows air suspensions through and through, and they can offer the service you need.
