The water pump was replaced and now when I turn.

The water pump was replaced and now when I turn on the compressor the air turn cold even with the temp on hot. In other words the heat goes from hot to coldwhat should I do to fix this

Check the vacuum motors for vacuum whenheat is on. Also check water vavle to see if it is getting vacuum. Lastly check for a vacuum leak it starts underhood. You r water valve may be open then closing causeing no heat
