my car quit running the other day and i had to replace the ground wire. now that ive replaced it the car turns over but wont start. also i noticed when the key is in the on position i hear a clicking under the dash and the spedometer goes up to 60 miles an hour. i would really appreciate it if you could help me with this issue. thanks
