Kia Sedona Equipment Problem
Gas gauge reads empty even after filling up, low fuel light stays on, gauge doesn't fluctuate

Any codes in the computer?Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?

go could have either a bad cluster or a bad fuel level sensor.some special testing and equipment are neede to diagnose this issue.
