2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Grab Handle Trim On Windshield Pillar Loose Access

I have a 2003 Grand Cherokee and the grab handle trim on the windshield A pillar is loose. The access holes for the fasteners are really narrow and won't allow even a 1/4" deep well socket. Is there a special tool to tighten these? Is this something a dealer mechanic would have?
