My car is making a sound like air is leaking that seems like it is coming from the brake area. when i push the brake in completely, the noise stops. it appears to be coming from a circular round rubbery thing with holes in it. can you tell me what this pa

What brake area? is it coming from the brake booster-Check the vacuum hose that connects to the booster, also check valve and the booster itself

Your best bet is bring it in and have it checked out-The brakes are the most dangerous thing within the vehicle sub-systems-yours and others are at stake-Think!
