which bolts disconnect the transmission???

Hey I have a 2003 Tiburon I am trying to switch the engine with a working one. But the only problem is the working one doesnt have a working transmission. I have the working engine on a work bench and Just need to know where EXACTLY the transmission starts. Ive taken out a bunch ( 13 I believe) that were all the same size and facing the same way, and couldnt pull off the newly disconnected part from the rest, so I assume I am doing something wrong...These bolts were very close to where the axle goes it ( The Right axle I believe ) Hope you can help!
