Hyundai Tiburon Cotter pin Problem
I need to know, when installing the front wheel bearing on the passenger side, if when I put on the castle nut I torque it to a certain ft. lb. or tighten it all the way in then back it off to the first spot available to put the cotter pin in.

certain ft lbs and then back off till hole is open

How can I find out the specific ft lbs without a repair manual?
