Drivers door locks with key but not inside. passenger door will not lock at all, inside or out with a key. came with keyless entry fob but doesn't work. tried turning key to acc and pressing unlock to program it but the blinkers did not flash and still doesn't work, tried pressing lock as well and still nothing. would it be an actuator problem?
