Serpentine belt tensioner

How do you replace a serpentine belt tensioner on a 2003 honda pilot? The pulley has rubber residue where it should be shiny, but it looks like it rolls fairly sooth.

You turn the tensioner bearing holding bolt anticlockwise to release the tension of the belt to remove it.

The tensioner can then be removed by taking out the 2 holding bolts.
