Honda Pilot Noise Problem

The front passenger side wheel makes a squealing sound when turning left. I replaced front calipers, rotors, and pads. Problem still persists. Pitch of squeal does not change when speed increases.
Any help is appreciated.

Does the sound go away when the brakes are applied? Could it be a belt that is making noise? Does it change with engine rpm changes?

The noise is defenitly coming from the wheel. Sometimes when I stop the car while it's squealing, I put it in park and can here it by rocking the car back and forth. The noise does not go away when I apply the breaks and does not change with rpm's.
