What causes a whistle sound on a new a/c system in a 2003 CRV?
On a 2003 CRV with a New a/c system, I hear a whistle sound with the a/c on, fan on low, recirculate on, the the vents on the top/main selection. It happens on local roads or on the highway.

It could be just air noise. You'll have to pinpoint exactly where it is originating from. All the actuators are electric so it's not a vacuum leak.

it sounds like it comes from behind the dash, passenger side, in the area of the glove box.

You're going to have to inspect it yourself. It could be just the sound of air being drawn in or you may have even sicked a plastic bag up into the air intake. Looking and listening is the only way you are going to find out. You may have to remove the glove box for clear access.
