How do I tighten the fan belts on a 2003 Turbo diesel Holden Rodeo?
The lower belt continually squeals and needs tightening

If it's a serpentine belt, there usually isn't a means to tighten the belt. Either the belt has been stretched or the tensioner needs replacing.
