how come my airaid mit tube 200-912 will NOT line up with my AFE Magnum FORCE Intake System; Stage 1 54-10091?

i just got the tube a day or 2 ago and i went to install it on my truck and the airaid tube is way off to the side the coupler will not work properly with the AFE system i tried to put it together and it wont line up it will be at an angle and not seal properly and the rubber Airaid coupler is too short and i cant make it work it almost looks like the stage one kit has to be angled 45 degrees for it to work properly what do i do for it to make it work?
