Oil pressure gauge
I have 2003 GMC Safari, Oil pressure gauge has been fluctuating from 0 at idle and 40 on highway going down to 0 and back up

Test it with a manual gauge and see if that is accurate. It might be cheaper to just throw a new oil pressure sender into it to see if that changes anything.
