SOUNDS LIKE THE A/C CLUTCH

STRONG FLASHLIGHT--WATCH THE CENTER PORTION OF THE A/C COMPRESSOR

ARE THE CHIRPS "IN TIME" WITH THE CENTER INTERMITTENT MOVEMENT?
