car hesitates after start and shakes likes wants to die out?changing fuel filter??

if i needed to change my fuel filter would my check engine light come on?and how do i change it?
the car will hesitate and shakes a little.it did it after i put gas in car and miles later.never did it before.ive used injector cleaner before.thanks

Scan the computer for code/s and check fuel pressure and also for restriction in the exhaust system

Use a fuel pressure tester-hook it up to the fuel test port on the fuel rail-
