2003 Ford Focus Repair Question

Car acts as stalling only when in park or drive, doesnt turn off
Car is turned on, works great as it warms up, once it settles to idle it shakes lots, back and forth, put it in drive it also shakes but it runs great, already changed iac, intake, exhaust, coil, spark plugs, cables,intake sensor, thermostat, and much more, what could it be?

Do you have a check engine light and when was last tune-up??
Clean out the EGR and PCV valves also test the MAF and TPS sensors-
