2003 Ford F 250 Tail Lights Werent Working Went Replace Bulbs Put Fort Bulb

My tail lights werent working, I went to replace bulbs. If I put the fort bulb in, it works fine, if I put the 2nd in neither work. I can do this or either side, but I can only have one working at a time
