Steering wheel turns with one finger. Wheels turn hardly no pressure on steering

Sounds like you have an issue with the steering gear. If the wheels do turn but not much, then it sounds like the gear inside the steering gear has failed or striped.

Any time we work on a system with fluid we need to check the fluid. Not just to make sure it is full, but the fluid will give us clues as to what is happening.

If the fluid is dark and burned, then we have friction or heat in the system so that will point to a pump or gear issue as well.

Next, I would suggest lifting the vehicle and taking the load off the tires. Then turn the steering wheel and watch the input to the steering gear and the output. I suspect you will see the same number of revolutions on the input shaft and steering wheel. This means the issue is inside the gear.
