hello heres my question somtimes my truck over heats and does not blow heat and goes in to limp mode then i shut it off and wait about 2 mins and restart my truck and the over heat light goes off and i still have no heat then i put the truck in neutral and rev the engin a few times and then i have heat also in the am when i go warm it up it fun for 10 to 15 mins and i have no heat then i drive it and it and then it over heats my service light comes on when i look it up it says over heat sencer indecated it over heated. i replace the thermastate and radator and cap brought it to a ford dealer and they dont know what and why it happens any help would be great thank you and have a great day emilio ps truck has a 4.6 v8

The cooling system may have a slight clog, it could be in the radiator or heater core. What I would do is drain the system with the engine cold and disconnect a heater core hose and back flush the system. Kits are available at most automotive stores. If the truck is heating up ther possibly be a clog in the heater core or it might have a vapor lock.
