on cold morning starts the engine has begun "lurching", an audible, cyclical revving up and down noise that rocks the whole truck- as if I were quickly pulsing the accelerator. Stops as soon as I get above 5 mph. Seems to run fine otherwise. What could this be and does it warrant a visit to my mechanic?
