not getting heat into the cabin but hear a clicking noise

i have a 2003 ford explorer. when i turn the heat on its cold and a clicking sounds come form under the dash. i felt the hoses going into and comimg out of the heater and they was very hot 4x4 work good but their was clicking form under the dash form a few days and then just stopped blowing.
