Coolant leak

Is there a separate mounting bracket between the water pump and the block of my 2003 ford explorer sport trac and could this be where my coolant leak be coming from?

we cannot tell you as we cannot see it. did you have it pressure checked yet?? what were the results??

you need someone to identify the leak first, let us know and we can advise you from there

Have it pressure tested. Soinds like a waterpump or timing case cover problem

You can rent a Pressure tester from Autozone, and red adapter neck as well if you have a pressure tank, and not a regular radiator cap. Pump that sucker up to the recommended pressure for your vehicle, and watch for the pp stream. Could be a bad metal pipe, a leaky seal, cut hose, anything really. Take a photo or two if you can, and post it for all to see.
