Fix power door locks?

I have a 2003 crown vic police interceptor, my question is what do I do to fix my power door lock? It will lock but will not unlock, plus it does not glow anymore, what causes this to happen? I also took the relay out and that did nothing it still?

I need to know how to fix this ;-)

All the doors do this?From all the door lock switches?
