2003 Dodge Stratus Repair Question

My 2003 dodge stratus wont start every morning because of the battery but its a new battery not even month old. but i think there could be a short in the curcuit because when i turn my key my horn goes off and the car wont start and my radio will start ac
I need help i have absolutely no idea what is going on with my car ive checked all the fuses and none are blown could it be the relays or what i dont know

Get a battery drain test-could be a short circuit draining the battery overnite-such as the glove box and trunk lites -start here
