Why do I only have heat in the rear of truck and not in front of truck

your temp actuators may not be working , first start truck and pull out hvac fuse for 60 seconds, this n reinstall it that may recalibrate the actuators. tha tmy take another 60 seconds, then see if they are getting power. i've sent a drawing of one of them

I got the blower to start working but now it wont shut off. I blower still runs with the truck turned off.

you may need a new harness and resistor the harness goes to the resistor the wires melt together an dcause that
