Your temp actuators may not be working, first start truck and pull out hvac fuse for 60 seconds, this n reinstall it that may recalibrate the actuators. Tha tmy take another 60 seconds, then see if they are getting power. I've sent a drawing of one of them

I got the blower to start working but now it wont shut off. I blower still runs with the truck turned off.
