2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer not starting

Vehicle will not start, went to work one day and when I got out to go for lunch it would not start, changed fuel filter, crank position sensor, cam position sensor, still no start. Checked fuel pressuer and spark, they are ok. Checked throttle body and throttle valve not opening, is there any way of checking why it does not open. Electronic throttle control

What was the fuel pressure?

Have the computer scanned for any stored trouble codes and post the code numbers here.

I dont remember the fuel pressure at this moment but it was with what the repair manual specified and it stayed without dropping. The trouble codes are p1515 and p1516

You have issues with the "drive by wire" throttle system and you'll need to get that professionally diagnosed.
