Chevrolet Monte Carlo Battery Problem

First cold start, the car always starts fine, drive 10 miles & shut it off, it may start 10 - 20 minutes later, but not always. I can smell fuel & quite sure it's flooding the engine. Fuel psi was a consistent 45psi & also replaced the fuel psi regulator & MAP sensor. The car will crank until the battery runs down, but will not start until it's sat awhile. I'm wondering if the ignition switch is the problem. I'm wondering if it's activating the fuel pump, but not the ignition coil. Once started it runs perfectly & ask the data stream was all within specs. It's not very reliable right now & I need another opinion before spending any more money throwing parts at this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
