fuseable link and circuit ID

Can you please identify the black wire fuseable link and the circuit it powers pictured on this 2003 Impala,6 cyl?
Fuse box is under hood on pass side firewall- two wires share post atop fuse box- one red, one black- black wire burned in half.

That black wire goes to the starter motor and should be connected to the battery positive terminal-splice in the same AWG

rasamataz- I thank you very much for your answer- I've been looking online all day for that seemingly simple wire ID (not able to find in Haynes manual either)
Now to find out why this link burned/shorted out- At least I have a starting point (starter motor)
