How do I remove the air box system that is located behind the driver side head light in the inner fender on a 03 cavaleir?

IR CLEANER ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.
2. Disconnect the battery cables and remove the battery.

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.

3. Remove the relay center push in retainer.
4. Disconnect the relay battery feed cable from the upper air cleaner cover retaining clips.
5. Position the relay center away from the air cleaner assembly.
6. Remove the push in retainer from air cleaner assembly to the battery tray.
7. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

Thank you! I know how that as removed but just below that in the inner fender thare is a iar system tha it connects to. That is what I wash to remove.

Yes but we work on literally thousands of different models and would know what to do by merely looking at it but we are not there to do that and the service manuals only publish what they would actually expect people to need help with.
