I have a 03 Cadillac Deville Base Sedan. My car had trouble codes p0101 and p0410. I got a new mass air flow sensor for the p0101 code about 6 months ago and just reached the secondary air pump and a 50 amp fuse for the p0410 code about two weeks ago. There was water in the pump and the fuse was froze with water. Before I got the new air pump both codes were still there but after I got the new air pump the p0101 code went away but the p0410 code is still there. It used to Do this little jerk on the highway every few miles before I got the new air pump installed. After I replaced it, it doesn't do that anymore. Well as of now it hasn't. It rides really good. I've driven a few hundred miles now and I don't understand why the p0410 light is still on. Both of the parts are GM parts not after market parts. I put ethonal free gas in and it rides and shifts great. The p0101 code went off after 1500 to 2000 miles and I know it shouldn't take that long. So I was wondering why this p0410 code won't go off. Also have a slight acceleration problem. Its not like it's slow, but I think it should pick up faster than it is with 275 horsepower. Any suggestions?

It was removed with a scanner. Before I got my air pump replaced it was showing p0101 and p0410. After he replaced my pump be removed them with a scanner. And a few days later the light came back on showing only the p0410 and not the p0101. The p0410 should've been the one that went off but it was opposite. 410 is still there and and 101 is gone.

Check the items in the pic as well as the relay in under hood fuse box it can be one of these as well as a few other things. He's going to have hook up a scanner and try a few thing s like turning the pump on an doff as well as checking voltage readings on O2's etc. If any of these things are wrong have him straighten it out and remove the code. Also a bad MAF will caue this code to set but you said the pump was frozen from water so it may be the relay is bad as well

My old MAF sensor looked good before I put the new one in. So I don't think it's a bad MAF. That code finally went off. But I heard a bad CAT can cause a MAF sensor code so I don't know if I have a bad CAT. Can a bad CAT cause any fault with the air pump?

No but the stuff I sent on the pic can I know it's small but check all that stuff first. Also check all your grommets for air leaks as that may set it off as well. The mechanic is going to have to redo his work he left something out or missed something. I can't see where he would recharge you unless there was something else like another part amiss.
