Stuck in park
Vehicle starts and is able to shift in and out of gear for the first minute until the traction control light comes on and then it wont allow u to shift out of park. i just put in a new brake switch and a shift solinoid. still does the same thing. the brake lights are inop as well. please help

Check if you got power going in and out of the brake switch and also check the shiftlock solenoid

i got the voltage reference going to the brake switch and when the pedal is pressed i get the woltage signal. I checked all fuses and found none blown.and when i depress the pedal i dont get voltage al the brake light connectors

You have an open circuit from brake switch to bulb socket-track it back to the switch
