The engine on my Rendezvous seems to run fine - all but a bit sluggish when accelerating up inclines. My problem is that at approx 2000 RPM I get a load droning noise that continues until about 2500 RPM, then quiets back down.
What could be the cause of this and how do I fix it. Currently I have an extended warranty coverage on the vehicle and am wondering if this is something that would be covered.

this could be an idlerpulley or even an alternator or another pulley that turns. depending where it is could bea wheel bearing.most likely something your warranty would cover butuntil they know what it is impossible to say

It really depends what your coverage is and where the problem is coming from which is hard to do over the internet
