Hi my car makes a clicking sound around or in the valve cover area....but it goes away in like a min.... and i will start it most times an it doesent

the hose for the top converible that connects to the motor of the top .or is there a way that i can release the top cuz the motors stuck

According to our database, the pressure should release 2 minutes after ignition is turned off and I could not find any other reference for relieving the pressure.
