2003 BMW 530d Engine misfire

Hello. My turbo failed last week and engine misfired. New turbo fitted and all oils and filter changed. Engine still misfiring and lumpy. Swirl flaps all ok. Cleaned all inter cooler pipes etc but no difference. Any help please.

Lots of things to check like was the reassembly correct, is there contaminated fuel, are all the important components working. Are there faults in the DDE memory?
