2003 Acura Tl Took 3 2tl Goodyear Diagnostic Check Because Windshield Wipers

I took my 2003 Acura 3.2TL to Goodyear for a diagnostic check because my windshield wipers are not working properly. When I turn the wipers on they won't turn off. So I have to pull over and shut the car off and then they stop. If I don't put them on then I have to keep manually pressing it(it's more annoying than anything, but at least they work). So the guy at Goodyear said that it's not the Motor or the switch. He said it's the (BCM) Body Control Module and I have to go to the dealer to get the part and have it fixed.

Does that sound right? How do I know if that's really the problem? Do you know how much something like that costs?
