2002 S40 Volvo gear shift light wont turn on

Can anyone help! I have a 2002 S40 volvo and the gear shift light does not turn on. Is it hard to replace also the antena on the radio get's stuck. Thank you

I'm sending 2 pics and hope you can see them. Once you get #2 out you should see the light hooked up. This is the only pics I could find.

The antennae may have a broken piece not letting it go up or down.
