2002 Tundra V-6 w/218k miles. I am replacing one ignition coil that went bad causing loss of performance, shakiing, etc. ($700) Should I replace all three? Even if it costs an extra $400? What will happen if I only replace one?

If the others are good, replacing only the faulty one would suffice. Electrical components are difficut to judge and they can fail anytime so even you replace with new ones, there is no guaranttee that they would not fail prematurely.
