2002 Toyota Solara Fuse Box Under Hood Missing Dcc Which Doesnt Other Fuses

the fuse box under the hood is missing the dcc fuse which doesnt look like the other fuses. what i need to know is what the fuse is called and the amprage. from pictures online it looks like its cream color its next to the radio fuse. the fuse box under my hood is oblong as seen in picture the 2 fuses the go in different direction then all the other fuses the one on bottom cream color on is the one i need the information on as in what type of fuse it is and what amprage do i need. it will be the one next to the 20a radio fuse

If you mean slot # 5 in diagram, that is the short pin, not a fuse.
