Wy my toyota 2002 sequoia smokes when starting?

How about just a hint of some details? Is it smoking from the tail pipe? Under the hood? From under the dash? Engine running or just when first started? What color is the smoke? Blue, black, white? Are any fluids being lost? Any puddles under the car where you park?
